At the present time, four individuals are actively involved in the management of the Limited Liability Company. The Member Manager is Ferd Ben Sebastian, III and Jack E. Owens. The officers of the Company are:

Ferd Ben Sebastian, III – President
Ferd Ben Sebastian, III is a second generation moviemaker with producing credits with the family-owned Sebastian Films since 1968. Sebastian Films has made over 14 independent films such as ‘Gator Bait’, ‘Flash & the Firecat’, ‘Delta Fox’, ‘Captain Midnight’, ‘The Hitchhikers’, and ‘AC/DC: Let There Be Rock’ with Warner Brothers. Previously, Mr. Sebastian owned a video distribution company called Great American Video, that was the first company to sell video's in the discount mass merchant whole clubs, Price Club, Costco Wholesale Club and Sams Club. Under Mr. Sebastian’s tenure at Great American Video, the Company became the number one supplier of Jane Fonda workout videos to the wholesale mass market with first year sales in excess of $8,000,000 dollars. Mr. Sebastian sold Great American Video and in 1990 started his own production company and co-produced three films with Sebastian Films owners, Beverly & Ferd Sebastian Jr., who also have the dubious distinction of being Ben’s parents. These feature films include: ‘Gator Bait II’, ‘The American Angles’ and ‘Running Cool’, all in association with Paramount Pictures. To date, Sebastian’s films have grossed over $30 million in combined sales revenue.
Randy Lacey Vice President
Mr. Lacey has over 30 years of successful Investment and marketing experience. Mr. Lacey’s marketing also includes a large range of start up ventures large and small with a considerable management background including the largest internet company in Florida.
For the past number of years Mr. Lacey has been involved in the motion picture industry and played an instrumental role in the financing of the movies, “Love is a Drug” , “Dark Honeymoon” and the 24 million dollar budget “Dorothy of Oz”. Mr. Lacey has now formed his own partnership “No Trespassing Partners, LLC.” to fund and associate produce a series of horror films, the first will be titled “No Trespassing”.
Jack E. Owens – Treasurer
Mr. Owens is a practicing certified public accountant with more than thirty years of financial and management experience. He has significant public accounting experiences with national accounting firms covering a wide range of clients in the architectural and engineering, automotive, entertainment, graphic arts, construction, health care, hospitality, restaurant, manufacturing, securities, banking, governmental, and distribution fields. He is a specialist in statistical sampling and computer auditing. He has developed computerized inventory management systems utilizing such operating philosophies as MRP and Just-In-Time. In addition, he has assisted several clients establish computerized inventory applications, including FIFO, LIFO, Moving Average and Standard Cost systems in both distribution and manufacturing environments.
Mr. Owens has served as Vice-President and CFO for a major wholesale distributor and currently serves as an officer or director for several companies in the Central Florida area. He has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions and has performed reviews on official statements in connection with offerings of municipal securities, and has experience with the registration of public companies. He has experience in land development and has served on the Florida Institute of CPA's committee on real estate and condominium accounting.
Mr. Owens has considerable experience in fiduciary accounting and administration services. He serves as a court appointed guardian of the property for the Probate Division of the Orange County Circuit Court. He has testified, as an expert witness, in cases with issues involving bankruptcy, business valuation, damages calculation, martial dissolution, and lost profits analysis matters. Mr. Owens is a graduate of the University of South Florida where he received both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy degree. He holds both a CPA and a CMA certificate. In addition, Mr. Owens is a Florida Certified General Contractor (License No. CGC1510491) and is a Florida Licensed Mortgage Broker (License No. MB 0645783). He has taught college courses in both accounting and computer programming, and has published articles on accounting subjects.
Mr. Owens is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Institute of Management Accounting.
The Company has established a Board of Advisors, which includes highly qualified business and industry professionals. The Board of Advisors will advise the Management team in making appropriate decisions and taking effective action. However, the Board of Advisors will not be responsible for Management decisions and has no legal or fiduciary responsibility to the Company. Currently there are three members on the Board of Advisors:
